What you’re signing up for
News about Railet’s release and occasional product-development updates from Ephyro. Railet is in active development; subscribing does not create a product account, guarantee access, reserve pricing, or promise a release date.
Your email address
When the signup is connected, we ask for your email address and permission to send these updates. We use Resend to deliver confirmation emails and manage the confirmed mailing list and unsubscribe requests. Cloudflare processes signup requests and temporarily stores confirmation records. Its service may also process technical delivery and subscription records. See Resend’s privacy policy.
We do not ask for dealership customer records, payment details, or a phone number. We do not sell the newsletter list or use it to send unrelated third-party promotions.
Confirm, then decide
Confirm your address using the email from the mailing service before receiving updates. Every update will include an unsubscribe link. We do not automatically enroll people who contact us, open a GitHub issue, or contribute code.
Questions or removal requests
Contact sales@ephyro.com about your subscription or to request removal. Unconfirmed requests and confirmation records are removed from the website’s temporary storage within seven days when its scheduled cleanup runs. Confirmed subscription data is kept in Resend while needed to manage the list; limited suppression records may be retained to respect an unsubscribe request.
In a preview with signup disconnected, the form is disabled and collects no email addresses. This page describes the intended newsletter setup, not customer-data handling inside the separate Railet DMS.
